We know that india got freedom on August, 15, 1947. but very few people know the establishment of Gujarat. Yes, It been 50 years ago Gujarat was seperated from  Dwibhasi Rastra.

The first ever celebration of Swarnim Gujarat has been celebrated in Petlad English Medium School by Chaud Gaam Patidar Samaj. This News as so hot that there were almost every news paper has publish this news. The credit for the first ever celebration of Swarnim Gujarat is goes to Shri Govindbhai Ishwarbhai Patel and Shri Chimanbhai Ishwarbhai Patel (Jesarva). Along with this ceremony two more ceremony has taken place, Trophy and certificates given to the students those who got good marks in their study.

Shri Govindbhai Patel also called Swapna Jesarvakar because of his love towards motherland (Jesarva). It is said that only those can make their dream true who can imagine their new world. Shri Govindbhai has some great dreams about Jesarva and our Patidar Society. He has collected 191 flags from around the world. He always insist to put on show on independace day, republic day etc.

The chief guest for this ceremony was Shri Swamin Sachidanand, Shri Mahijibhai Marghabhai Patel, Shri Chhotabhai Patel (Davalpura), Shri Gordhanbhai Patel(Rupiapura), Shri Manibhai Patel (Ishrama), Shri Bhanubhai Chhotabhai Patel (Bhavanipura), Shri Parbhubhai Patel (Fangani),  Shri Babubhai Patel.

At these ceremony Shri Govindbhai Patel has specially designed the flags of Gujarat that has pictures of the Shri Narmad Meghani, Shri Indulal Yagnik,  Shri Ravisankar Maharaj, Shri Mahatma Gandhi and Shir Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. These flag has been given in this ceremony. These flag also been send to those who had participate in flght of making Gujarat.
