The rich content of utsavs includes rituals and observances like fasting, jagran (vigil), singing of Bhajans, reciting of listening to God's divine lila and celebrating by dancing and offering a feast. They provide the moral and spiritual impetus to devotees in their spiritual quests and daily activities. Utsav also produce positive vibrations to foster harmony and joy in society.
