Best time to sleep, best direction to sleep for batter rest, learn how to keep up your longevity, develops intellect, vigor and physical health by just changing sleeping timing and direction habits. The practice of waking up in Brahmamuhurta increase longevity, develops intellect, vigor and physical health. Whereas sleeping after sunrise increase laziness, negligence, inertia, dullness and decrease longevity, so make batter choice of your sleeping and wake up timing

The practice of waking up in Brahmamuhurta increase longevity, develops intellect, vigor and physical health. Whereas sleeping after sunrise increase laziness, negligence, inertia, dullness and decrease longevity, so make batter choice of your sleeping and wake up timing. 

While sleeping with the legs placed towards the south, the negative effect of magnetic field  of earth adversely affects the magnetic field of our body.

Consequences: Mental tension lassitude and abdominal disease. By sleeping with the head facing the east, one experiences profound peace alertness and attain good health.
If we sleep from 10:00 at night to 4:00 in the morning, we'll get rest a rest about 11-12 hours of sleep.

With this habit of sleeping (correct direction and timings) one can get benefits of doing 
meditation.

Brahmamuhurta Sleeping Habit

Here is the timing of sleeping for batter rest
 

  1. 9 pm to 12pm (1 hour = 3 hours of rest)
  2. 12pm to 3am  (1 hours = 1.5 hours of rest)
  3. 3am to 5 am (1 hour = 1 hour of rest)
