Following text is written in the news paper some old time around 1940/50. You might not able to ready text for you convenience, I've text out from the Image, reporting about Gandhi and other were agree to hand over Netaji, also there was contradiction that Gandhi could stop "Bhagat Singh" capital punishment from British, but he did not. It's so disgusting to call Gandhi as Father of Nation"

Bombay, Jan 22 Mr. Usman Patel, who claimed to be a bodygourd of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose said here today that Mahatma Gandhi. Mr Jawarhalal Nehru, Mr. Mohamed Ali Jinnah and Maulana Azad had come to an agreement with the British judge that if Netaji were to enter India, he would be handed over and charged.

Mr. Patel told Mr. G. D. Khosla, the one-man Inquiry Commission on the concluding day of the three-day sitting here, that Mulana Azad had later confirmed this, Mr. Patel said Mr. Azad had told him that he was going to write a book and that he would mention this matter in.

Later Mr. Patel continued, the voluntary gave a report of this to Dharmyug, a Bombay weekly, because he read that the commission was inquiring in to Netaji's disappearance.

False Report

Mr. Patel who broke tears while giving evidence said Mr. Nehru had asked him to make an application false stating that the $21400 (Singapore) sealed from him when he was arrested on Oct. 13. 1945, was his own and that he was trading in rubber in Singapore. The money belonged to Netaji for purchasing nation and foodstuff for the Indian National Army, he said.

Mr. Patel said he did not related the story of Netaji's disappearance and the burning of the aircraft and its crash to anybody including Mahatma Gandhi and Mr. Nehru because the country was not Independent then. He had disclosed these to Mr. Nehru when he heard that the Shah Nawaz Khan committee was going to Tokyo to investigate the disappearance of Netaji. This is did because Mr. Shah Nawaz Khan did not permit to appear before3 the Committee.

Mr. Patel said Mr. Nehru had told him that he would arrange to send him (Mr. Patel) with the Committee Nasik was present when the conversation took place, Mr. Patel said.

Dr. Suresh Padhye, Capt. R. B. Wirmani And Dr. M A Jamal posed at hearing about their association with Netaj. The Commission will meet in New Delhi on a four-day hearing from March 1 and it may go over is Tokyo by the middle of March. according to Mr. Khosla.

Col. Habib-ur -Rehman, once of the important witness, would be examined either in New Delhi or in Pakistan where he resides the court said.

The newspaper cutting is from January 22, 1971. I found the case of Union of India against order of Justice Sabyasachi Mukherjee on appointment of P K Basu as IG. Link is given below. You can read in that appeal that it is against the order given by Mukherjee on January 21, 1971.
